Yes. A nonrefundable deposit is required before website design work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed website is published or transferred to the client.

Yes. Clients are responsible for purchasing and renewing their own domain name. Abundant Mind Creative can assist with selecting, purchasing, and connecting a domain for an additional fee.

Yes. Clients are responsible for purchasing and maintaining any required website platform plan, hosting plan, premium subscription, business email, booking service, payment service, or third-party application.

Yes. The website can usually be designed before the client purchases a paid Wix plan. However, a paid plan may be required to connect a custom domain, remove Wix branding, accept online payments, use booking features, or access certain premium tools.

Yes. Booking, scheduling, invoicing, and payment options can be added depending on the website package and platform selected. Clients may need to purchase a qualifying platform plan and pay separate payment-processing fees.

Clients may need to provide their business name, logo, brand colors, written content, service descriptions, pricing, contact information, social media links, photos, policies, and any other information needed to complete the website.

Clients are responsible for providing their final photos, logos, and business information unless content creation or stock image assistance is included in their package. Abundant Mind Creative may help organize or lightly edit client-provided content.

The number of revisions depends on the website package selected. Additional revisions, major redesign requests, or changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee.

After the final balance is paid, the website can be transferred to the client’s Wix account when applicable. The client will then be responsible for managing the account, subscription, domain renewal, and future website updates.

Ongoing website maintenance is not automatically included unless it is listed in the selected package. Monthly maintenance services or individual website updates may be available for an additional fee.

Yes, Abundant Mind Creative can connect an existing domain, after the completion of your website. You must have access to the domain's account.

Delays in submitting photos, written content, logos, or other requested materials may delay the website completion date. The project timeline begins after all required content and the deposit have been received.
